Here is a quick, easy, colorful, healthy, nutritious, vegan and gluten-free salad made with organic ingredients!
INGREDIENTS - Use organic ingredients!
2 cups of slow mix (red cabbage, green cabbage, carrots)
1/2 can of black beans
About 5-10 strawberries depending on their size (cut into pieces or slices
2 handfuls of blueberries
1 handful of sliced almonds
About 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
Start by adding the cabbage and carrots in a bowl.
Cut the cucumber and strawberries and add them to the bowl.
Add all other ingredients.
Season with salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
