Summer Salad

Here is a quick, easy, colorful, healthy, nutritious, vegan and gluten-free salad made with organic ingredients!

INGREDIENTS - Use organic ingredients!

  • 2 cups of slow mix (red cabbage, green cabbage, carrots)

  • 1/2 can of black beans

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • About 5-10 strawberries depending on their size (cut into pieces or slices

  • 2 handfuls of blueberries

  • 1 handful of sliced almonds

  • About 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds


  • Start by adding the cabbage and carrots in a bowl.

  • Cut the cucumber and strawberries and add them to the bowl.

  • Add all other ingredients.

  • Season with salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
