Sweet and Salty Bean Salad

It takes only a few minutes to make this healthy, filling and delicious meal!

INGREDIENTS - Use organic ingredients!

  • 2-3 handfuls of mixed greens

  • 1/2 can of pinto beans

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 handfuls of tomatoes

  • 2 handfuls of blueberries

  • 1 handful of green olives

  • 1 handful of sliced almonds

  • About 1 tbsp of chia seeds


  • Start by adding the mixed greens in a bowl.

  • Slice the avocado and cut the tomatoes in half.

  • Then add all other ingredients.

  • Season with salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
