It takes only a few minutes to make this healthy, filling and delicious meal!
INGREDIENTS - Use organic ingredients!
2-3 handfuls of mixed greens
1/2 can of pinto beans
2 handfuls of tomatoes
2 handfuls of blueberries
1 handful of green olives
1 handful of sliced almonds
About 1 tbsp of chia seeds
Start by adding the mixed greens in a bowl.
Slice the avocado and cut the tomatoes in half.
Then add all other ingredients.
Season with salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
