A Holistic Approach

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life affect your health as a whole. As we work together, you discover where your stress comes from and how inflammation manifests in your body and negatively impacts your health. I guide you and support you while you experiment with food and establish healthy habits. As you learn how to address your stress and physical symptoms, you feel better, happier, and healthier.


The Power of Food

I am convinced that simply modifying your diet can have a tremendous impact on your health. Eating the “right” kind of food can give you more energy, help you maintain a healthy weight, and prevent inflammation and disease. You must wonder "what is this magic food?" Well, since everybody is different and has different needs, there is no magical formula. However, the more whole food and less processed foods the better!


Being Your Own Expert

Since every single person is different, there is no "one-diet-fits-all". Your needs even change and vary throughout your life depending on your age, your physical activity, or the events in your life. As you can imagine, your needs are different whether you are preparing for a marathon, are pregnant, or are aging with grace. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert. Therefore, I aim to empower you to become an expert on yourself. I equip you with self-awareness so that you make the best decisions for yourself.


Co-Creating Achievable Goals to Bring You Closer to Where You Want to Be

When working together, we define what your main health concerns are and what you value most as part of your well-being. We use these definitions to co-create individualized health goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. Together, we break them down into smaller achievable action steps so that you gain confidence and move closer to reaching your goals. Thanks to these actionable objectives, you know exactly what you’re working toward without being overwhelmed by the complexity of the main health goal.


Exploring and Experimenting

Since everyone is different, I do not dictate a diet for you, but together we explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback.
