How will we work together? What is the format of the program?

With my knowledge of lifestyle coaching methods and dietary theories, we co-create personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health.


We work together for 6 months, meeting twice a month for 50 minutes. This format allows us to dig deep and address your health concerns so that you can deconstruct unhealthy habits and establish new, healthy habits. 

Why do you put an emphasis on other areas of my life along with food?

When one area of your life is challenging or "not working", it impacts other areas and results in an imbalance in your life.


Since every aspect of your life impacts your relationship with food, we look into more than the food you eat and the supplements you take. This enables us to discover the root cause of the issue and address it so that you can find harmony.

What is your role as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach?

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I empower you to take small but steady steps toward your goals. I provide personalized recommendations, keep you accountable and provide the support that any lifestyle change requires. 


Basically, I cheer for you, celebrate your success (small and big) and put the power back into your hands because you know best what is best for you!

Which techniques do you use as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach?

I use a variety of techniques to enable you to dig deep and understand the relationship between food and any aspect that may interfere with it such as career, relationship, physical activity, finance, spirituality etc.


By using techniques such as powerful open-ended questions and rephrasing, you start reflecting on your life and ways you can improve it to reach your goals little by little, A Spoonful at a Time!

What should I prepare for my initial consultation?

Nothing! Just be honest when filling out your health consultation form prior to your discovery session and be yourself during our session! I will ask questions to get to know you better and understand your health concerns and goals, and determine how I can best help you.
